Internet è un dono di Dio
The ‘Internet for Peace’ initiative, and a digital activist who won the Nobel
“We have finally realised that the Internet is much more than a network of computers. It is an endless web of people.”
These were the first words of the manifesto with which, in December 2009, the Italian edition of Wired magazine nominated the Internet for the Nobel peace prize. Through the book Internet è un dono di Dio you can access the record of a memorable year that saw a digital activist, Chinese dissident Liu Xiabo, being awarded that prize.
